As student enrollment grew, the original SJK(C) Pei Cheng campus became too cramped to accommodate its needs.

Our firm took on the challenge as a charity initiative, as part of giving back to the community. We wanted to design a new, spacious campus in IOI Kulai, Johor Bahru. A modern facility that provides an improved learning environment, ensuring students have the space and resources to thrive.
